No messing around now; post the EXACT procedure and laws/rules that allow Bush to fire ANYBODY he wants to from the administration. Well, I don't know the exact procedure, Howlin...but I do know Slick didn't seem to have any problem unloading those 100 U.S. Attorneys. Refresh my memory, didn't he pull that on his first day on the job?
That is done at the beginning of every single new administration; resignations are tendered and either accepted or rejected; it is NOT the same thing.
