What a buffoon or is moron more accurate? Gray Davis ought to save his money and just give up politics. Obviously he's slimy enough to be a politician be he lacks the necessary degree of intelegence to be successful at it. I'd say Gray Davis is the best thing that's happened to the CA Republican Party since Ronald Regan.
