These stories on the Davis scandals are starting to become their own genre. Like cheap supermarket paperbacks all the plots are the same, it's just the names of the government officials and public agencies that change from story to story;
may raise new questions.....disavowed any link.....At the same time, they were being paid by.....officials insisted Thursday there was no hidden agenda to influence....``There is no linkage,'' .... Critics, however, called the arrangement a conflict of interest that calls into question ....... you have a lot of people lying .....t a cost estimated at $200 million.......Gov. Gray Davis and others have said repeatedly in recent days that there is no link......said they did not know ......``I had no idea,'' she said. ``I don't think it is OK. I'm disappointed.''...... requested copies of the law firm's invoices, airport officials sent them with many parts blacked out, citing attorney-client privilege......sent a letter to the airport resigning as consultants. They said they were worried about the appearance of a conflict of interest......``Do I see a conflict? No,''.....said he was unaware..... the state Senate formed a committee to hold hearings to scrutinize ..... I'm shocked by it.
It will be interesting to see if there is any tie ins with our wetland conversions to this group of enviral elite fascist bandits.
I think the airport should have build the dang runways. Period.
And I think the Salt Ponds should have been bought by some do-gooder foundation that likes making swamp land for birds, or whatever they want.
The fact that the salt company SOLD the ponds to California taxpayers who will have to pay hundreds of millions of dollars to turn them into swamp is the crime here.
These Davis people are so slimy. Yuchhh!
