I rad the speech, there is no expansion of government, there is a consolidation and in my experience with consolidating, the old crap gets tossed.

Time will tell but tell me why do you oppose the concept. The concept is a conservative one. It draws a bright line between the Armed Forces and and security on our shores. I like it.
