There are presently 88 Congressional committees and sub-committees to "oversee" the agencies being consolidated into one. It is a laugh riot to think about the 88 present committee chairmen are going to decide which of them gets to be the only one standing.

Bush has the rats playing musical chairs and the shame of it is that there are so many professed "conservatives" unable to laugh about it.

I think it's too funny. I'll bet that all of this was considered well in advance of this evening's presentation. The dems are freaking out for sure.
