I suspect it's people, not economies, they'd just as soon trash. I don't see any of the fixes as yet proposed which did not exempt certain nations or allow companies with sufficient clout an extra credit end run 'round the New World Rules.

"Fixes" belongs in quotes because there has been no valid fixes put forth. Frankly, I don't think anything is broken to be fixed. If it isn't broken, don't go trying to fix it.
Their whole ploy is based on the dogma wherein they proclaim that it's broken. What is "it" that is broken? Man. But they shroud that in the eco-systems being sick,,,,, because of man.
