You have no idea what the percentage will be, unless you can foretell the future, by the end of Bush's term.

Well Ok, let's just say from a Conservative's point of view, Bush has not exactly gotten off to a great start. In the meantime it seems that his feet needs to be held quite close to the fire.

Bush had eight months in office prior to 9/11, when domestic agendas took a back seat to retaliating for the attacks. He spent a great deal of those eight months just trying to seat a cabinet, then pushing through his promised tax cut.

Then, he had to reset his priorities.

I respectfully disagree with you...he is doing the best he can with all the roadblocks that have been thrown in his way by the democrats...and he has his hands full with the war on terror and yet, he still keeps in touch with the American people on almost a daily basis...when is the last time you can remember a President working this hard?
