Whao! Karen Williams and Janice Brown are on his short list. I am not surprised at all. Maybe Cass Sunstein will get on the list at some point as well. I am glad to see Posner on the list. I would like to see Easterbrook and Richard Epstein up there as well, but maybe that is expecting too much from Bush.
