Dont worry about sending your kid here. If he is your son, then I am sure genetic defects will not let him graduate from here. I wish him good luck. If you already don't know why these agencies are unconstitutional, then that is the first sign of stunted growth. If you think that the necessary and proper clause makes everything necessary and proper, then you should see a doctor. If you are counting from 1-10, but couldn't find the 9th or 10th amendment anywhere, that is another sign.

I am well aware of what Congress can or cannot do. Bush is trying to get liberal Democrats and RINOs to include amnesty, or should I say look-the-other-way bill, in the immigration or some spending bill. He has previously criticized conservatives by saying that they are trying to keep Mexicans in poverty. He simply fails to amaze me. Such an open hypocrite, but so many allegedly Republican followers.

Perhaps you can explain why to another "genetic defect" like me. Your opinion is not enough I want a constitutional argument that supports your opinion.

"If you already don't know why these agencies are unconstitutional, then that is the first sign of stunted growth."

In other words, you have no idea of what you're talking about AGAIN, and are unable to substantiate your claims.

The agencies are not unconstitutional as the constitution gives Congress the power to create them, and the president the power to appoint their heads.

"To make all Laws which shall be necessary and proper for carrying into Execution the foregoing Powers, and all other Powers vested by this Constitution in the Government of the United States, or in any Department or Officer thereof."

" He shall have Power, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, to make Treaties, provided two thirds of the Senators present concur; and he shall nominate, and by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, shall appoint Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, Judges of the supreme Court, and all other Officers of the United States, whose Appointments are not herein otherwise provided for, and which shall be established by Law: but the Congress may by Law vest the Appointment of such inferior Officer, as they think proper, in the President alone, in the Courts of Law, or in the Heads of Departments."
