Ohhhhhhhhhh nooooooooooooooooooo .. You are Keyes supporter ..
LOL .. just kidding .. nothing against Keyes, he seems like a nice man and I agree with him on some issues .. but IMO he doesn't have what it will takes to run this country as a whole ... sorry .. but that's just my opinion
As for the question on solving the abortion issue .. Can Bush do it all by himself .. of course not because the mind set about abortion amoung a lot of the public is too huge .. but he can get the ball rolling and he has done some things and given the chance with a GOP Congress he can even more
As for my little girls .. I'm only 5'2" .. I don't except to have big kids .. LOL
I've supported Alan since I first met him in '98. The reason I know he's right is that until a few weeks ago we never disagreed on anything. ;-) I don't know that he could ever win, but his presence does get the issues discussed and that's important too.
No, I don't expect any one man or woman to solve this problem. That's something we all must work on together - one woman at a time. What does distress me is the way we go at each other's throats when we disagree on an issue. We may agree 75% of the time, or more, but we kill each other over the differences. How can we work together on the things we do agree on when we are so ready to attack each other so brutally? We need to be better at building coalitions, but you know the old saying - Controlling conservatives is like herding cats. Don't think it can be done. Unless I'm in charge. ;-)
