You and Rush are full of beans.

Rush screamed that Bush 'flip-flopped". He did not.

By treaty a report must be filed by the EPA every five years with the UN. This one was started over five years ago by the Clintonistas. Bush had Christy Whitman stall the release as long as possible. The EPA is made up of career bureaucrats who can't be fired.

Neither you or Rush have bothered to do any research into the report, the people who created it or the story behind it.

"Stalled" it?! They should have s***canned it and put out a scientifically accurate report, not Clintonista propaganda. Two years into this administration, you'd think that a report that runs counter to that administration's views would be scrapped and restarted... Unless, of course, it actually does reflect that administration's views. And given that the administration hasn't quibbled with the solutions proposed for the "problem" of global warming, but rather with their magnitude, I'd say that this report "put out by the bureaucracy" does, in fact, reflect the President's views on the matter.
