There is some tendency for us to believe that when the Administration changes, everyone in all the agencies change, too

With all the political clout the Bush has and his 70%+ ratings and he should be able to convert everyone to conservatism. Gephart , Hillary, Al Gore and even Al Sharpton should be Bush bots by now.

This administration doesn't rely on false accusastions to change government jobs like the last one did.

There are PROCEDURES to getting rid of them, you know. Remember Ashcroft went to the Congress so he could make some changes at DOJ; they turned him down.
