That requires Republican concurrence as well. The Republican reaction to Davis's smoke and mirrors proposed budget (which included many tax hikes) was very cool. We'll see how committed the Republicans really are to fiscal responsibility.

We do know how it will turn out. You see the pubbies are still part of the problem. They will get the 4 votes when it comes to fruition. And these RINOs will be voted back in just as the Dems. And you will continue with the same type of governing.. And the beat goes on & on.
