NOT only that the terrorists KNOW the FBI and the CIA don't communicate they also KNOW by testing the FAA and the NTSB have got their heads so far up their rectums...that THEY can't recognize all the terrorist TEST runs:
- TWA Flt.800 (July 17, 1996)- they tested a "checked" bomb onboard - WORKED
- Egypt Air FLT. 990 (Oct 31, 1999) - tested busting into a cockpit and gain control - WORKED
- AA Flt. 587 (Nov 12, 2001) - tested security and detonated a bomb - WORKED
The NTSB and the FAA are so unorganized that THEY make the FBI and the CIA look great.
Let's face some facts here folks...we have QUITE a few New York area airport problems...we have the Clinton administration's FAA and NTSB and what's left fo the FBI and the CIA playing CYA big time.
It is time to reopen the 3 airline crashes mentioned above while we are re-hashing who knew what and when...
The terrorists have been pulling this sh*t for years here in the USA and we finally OPEN our eyes on 911???

TWA wasn't a checked bomb because none of the plane shows an inertia explosion outward. That was a missle shootdown. As far as Eqypt air, the pilot went mental and crashed the jet into the sea. Now Flt 587 I do believe was terrorism.
