These things are tried in the media, not the courtroom. If psychiatrists were put on TV news by Dan Rather, Peter Jennings, and Tom Brokaw night after night questioning the mental stability of someone committing such actions, if questions were raised about Wright's refusal to recuse herself based upon possible contamination of the trial due to her past relationship with Clinton, if Clinton's actions toward Jones would have been framed in reference to the implicit possibility of retaliation if she did not comply, Clinton would have been forced out of the White House. But the matter was glossed over.
The elite like to throw a
bone out so often to calm the serfs. Clinton is
laughing his butt off. Still
banging his drum and smoking cigars.

"No question that an admission of making false statements to government officials and interfering with the FBI is an impeachable offense." - Bill Clinton - Arkansas Gazette, August 8, 1974.
"If a President of the United States ever lied to the American people, he should resign." - Bill Clinton - July, 1974.
"I can do any Goddamned thing I want. I'm President of the United States. I take care of my friends and I f*ck with my enemies. That's the way it is. Anybody who doesn't like it can take a hike." - Bill Clinton - Clinton telling staff members he wanted everyone in the Independent Counsel Kenneth Starr's office audited by the IRS. Several in the meeting told him he shouldn't do that. Thus, he responded as outlined above.
