Even if that were the case, it would still be a death attributed to exposure to someone else's smoke. That is about the only way I can figure they come up with some of this stuff.
That's what I think they are doing. Stewing the numbers.
It's amazing here. Norway basically says, "Barring an outright ban, we banned smoking everywhere we could think of, yet we don't understand why 'passive smokers' are still dying."
It's so transparent, yet alot of people take it at face value. It's frustrating.
