So, this Pelfrey is a teacher, he believed Gray Davis's assurances, and starts a home addition based on information from a lying dirtbag politician that he's getting a bonus. The most frightening thing about this is that this guy is "teaching" somebody's children.

This Kalifornia teacher isn't too bright. Gray is scumbag liar, but this guy was stupid the count on a pay raise/bonus before it became official. Lesson learned: don't believe a pay raise or bonus will happen until it is actually in your bank account.
