Then I have a serious question for you. If Arafat is more valuable alive than dead and if Arafat will have to be dealt with, why the uproar over Bush's request to start a pull-out? Why all the yelling that Bush does not label Arafat a terrorist?

Israel wants to take care of business. Now more than ever due to the high IDF toll in Jenin of 23 killed. Such events take on a life of their own and GWBush (Colin Powell too) has been left in the backwash. Israel may not have another chance to take such dramatic/effective action against Muslim Jihadists. Right now the dead IDF boys are more important in Israel than GWBush's commandments.
When was the last time Israel took the battle to where the Pallie terrorists live? It's about time and Israel is feeling the exhilaration and morale booster.

Why all the yelling that Bush does not label Arafat a terrorist?

You are asking for 100% constant propaganda by the Israelis. 98% of people who pay attention to news do not notice or care about such inconsistency. But then you already knew this. :)
