Mind explaining how you turn a woodchuck into a palatable dinner?

Turning a woodchuck into dinner is easy. Gut, skin, trim, stir-fry with veggies spiced with pepper.

Turning a woodchuck into a palatable dinner continues to elude me. :-)
Next time I'll slow-cook it overnight. Those buggers are tough!

Have you tried serving them up with a large quantity of Jack Daniel's? (Wouldn't make them any more tender, but who cares < hic >?).
