LOS ANGELES, California (CNN) -- U.S. Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton completed a two-day visit to California Friday, using her popularity with women and minority voters to endorse Gov. Gray Davis in his bid for reelection in November.
During a rally at the Century City Plaza Hotel, the New York Democrat joined dozens of elected officials and prominent business entrepreneurs to announce "Women for Gray Davis," emphasizing the governor's support for pro-choice issues as a platform to rally millions of California voters.

All Davis wants to talk about is abortion since he thinks that this will make Simon into some right wing ogre out to get women. Because if they start to talk about the real issues, such as Gray "Out" Davis' terrible record as governor, especially his pathetic handling of the power crisis and the state budget problems, then he is going to lose. This endorsement is, quite obviously, high-profile . . . Hillary is making her move. Were Davis to lose, her (barf) prestige would take a hit. Obviously we are familiar with the ways they hope to prevent that:
- demagogery andCA can expect to see both, big time. The demagogery comes first, as we now see . . .
- vote fraud.
Making him an EXTREMIST.
Most people even most "pro-choice" aren't.
I hope Davis and crew point that out loudly, openly, frequently.
Dan
THANK you. We could do a duet on that one. I think a (slightly milder < g >) version of that should be brought up often by the Simon camp.
Dan
Well, Queen Hitlery is NOT popular with this woman. I can't to look at her, I can't stand to listen to her, and I DON'T agree with her leftist, extremist positions.
Exactly! And not only that, but he wants to make sure that the Ca. taxpayers PAY for the abortions for the woman who is "choosing". And not only THAT, but Gov. Lowbeam (I LOVE that!) is all for "sensible" gun control and "gun safety" laws. All that other stuff, budget, schools, power, water, and don't forget the abysmal roads, just aren't all that important.
It's best defined as:
The process by which, mysteriously, all testosterone is drained from the bodies of otherwise virile American males, especially those who enter political life, in their vain attempts to make women like them in order to get their votes. Which, in the end, is entirely futile because women don't want to vote for jellyfish!!!
Now... are you seriously trying to tell me there are actually "young and tender" members of FreeperLand? You have GOT to be KIDDING!!! They usually do not remain "virginal" for very long, Grampa!!!
You should see the look on their faces when I tell them that we are having a Bambi steak dinner. Disney and TV have removed all reality about animals and the food chain with the exception of those at the top of the food chain, us!
I would say to Simon supporters to GELD Davis, but obviously, that would have been a wasted operation and time all of his life. There never has been anything to GELD.
Too bad his mother did not believe in abortion during her pregancy with this ultimate light in the brain and sneakers clymer.
GELD DAVIS! VOTE FOR SIMON!
We-the-people need sensible politician control. The only thing close to that is electing politicans who are actually "of the people"--who think of the government as a human institution, rather than a god accountable only to itself.
Term limits are a significant part of sensible government control.
You're so right, Grampa Dave, I just hadn't considered that and that's terrible if I'm going to continue to label myself a "Considerate Conservative!"
Ok, kids... here's how to remember what "Gelded," or "Gelding" means... just think of this... GOT BALLS? (NOT!)
Grampa... It all kinda reminds me of that ole tune that Nipsy Russell used ta sing... "Balls, Balls, Balls, Balls, whose got the balls? Well, you can't play the game at all, if you haven't got any balls!"
A true luxury hotel in Los Angeles would be the Four Seasons, which starts at $390 a night. Since Century City is closer to Beverly Hills than downtown, it might be better compared to the Regent Beverly Wilshire, at a paltry $375 a night and up (and up and up - the highest room rate it would give me was $900 a night, and their 3,500 square foot Presidential Suite is presumably not available at the moment, but far, far more expensive if it was.)
This is dangerous ground anyway, because I'm sure Bill Simon stays in a very nice luxury hotel wherever he travels, therefore helping create jobs for the fine people who run luxury hotels.
Let 'em stay wherever they want. The valid reason to criticise them is to comment on how they perform, and I daresay both Davis and Clinton have much to answer on that subject.
D
Actually, education is one of Simon's main themes.
However, what I said was with regard to the attendees.
People who support the likes of H can't afford the valet parking at the Century Plaza or they're investors in the Century Plaza.
