Jobs that lots of poor , uneducated or minority Americans in this country would like to do..but they want to be "on the books" and paid the minimum wage

Then why aren't they doing them and also most of these people are getting more than the minimum wage. These jobs are going begging.

Isnt the issue more that people who think along your lines just want cheap disposable people that you would never have to treat fairly or pair fairly?
