On the one hand Mexico is a foreign power, on the other; it is like a co-dependent relative. The whole country is permeated with U.S business from the maquiladores along the border to the food processing plants in Central Mexico. They have Sam's, Warehouse, Woolworth, Denny's, Ford, Chevrolet, etc. etc. etc. Co-dependents usually have a strange mixture of feeling that you are obliged to help them and resenting you because you have more independece than they do. U. S. law enforcement has done almost nothing to effect a healthy attitude toward the U. S. law. The undocumented workers pay $1,500. and up to get 3-4 hours from the border. Yet our system doesn't even require them to do some community service street cleaning before being returned across the bridge.

You need to calm down. You are violating forum rules regularly with your posts. This is a place to debate the issues. You obviously did not read the whole thread before you unloaded your attacks.

You stated in your post that you don't care if immigrants are legal or illegal. Maybe it is you who should think of a new place to live, as this country allows immigration.

the percentage of Cubans who come from that class or even middle-class has steadily declined.

How much of a middle class does Cuba even have these days?
