This is pure politics. He must know it will fail in the courts. But he goes on record as being for 'reform', without having to actually live under the law. That's my theory, anyway.

Nice theory, but I prefer Presidents who follow the constitution, and the values of it, regardless of politics.

I think we should just call it the "Constipation", as all it seems to be doing is only temporarily stopping the Marxists from taking over this country. The plug will fail and the poop will hit the fan.

I suspect your theory is right-on-the-money.

However, I have lost respect for any integrity I thought GWB had, if this is the case. And I will definitely reconsider voting for him in 2004. Disgusting.
