The previous posters are right, about the only thing that could be considered unconstitutional is the 60 day limit on adds before an election that target a specific individual campaigning for an elected posistion. The SC has already ruled that the right to give money or property to someone for whatever reason is not protected under freespeach.

And that is exactly the bug up my butt. Little Whiny McCain still has not forgiven those mean, old nasty people who said bad things about him in SC. And in the truest sense of "don't get mad, get even" he did. He just screwed us.
