The financial status of the Bushes lends itself to more high rollers than us. I'm not saying that to make the case for them being elitist. It's just different.
In their circles corporate concerns are of prime importance. I don't think they can see a situation where corporations could do something harmful to this nation. I don't think they can see a situation where they should be concerned with Globalism.
They see Globalism as a unified theory of relativity. The world needs to work in harmony so what could possibly be wrong with Globalism. They can't see that Globalism could possibly be detrimental to this nation. They can't see that it might deminish our sovereignty, or that it might place the United States in jeopardy later on.
I think that's much the problem with the Patriot Act, the Amnesty and the CFR. Bush just doesn't see these issues like grass roots individuals do. He can't imagine that his decisions on these things could do harm to our rights, or the well being of his citizens and nation.
Bill Clinton may have been more in this category than I have given him credit for. My feeling was that he was evil, and that he would have gladly sold this nation down the river for thirty pieces of silve. I have never felt that way about Bush. But damage to this nation is damage to this nation. Regardless of whether I feel Bush intends to hurt this nation or not, and I don't believe he does, he is doing it. IMO
For that reason I find it very hard to support Bush. I will when it benefits this nation. Otherwise I want another man in there ASAP.
Thanks for the comments.
