What ought to bother everyone more than the two visas--is how many total (hundreds, thousands?) visas were sent out and how many went to people under deportation orders and otherwise hiding out.

If INS controls allowed them to "misstep" regarding the infamous 19--and that fact revealed only by the flight school, after the INS tried to coverup--there can be no question the bulk of the "problem" is being kept from public view.

With PC Minetta at the airports and the ex-Senate Sgt at Arms running INS at the borders,
the USA is in--and is going to stay in--big trouble.

Larry, Shep, and Moe would be a big improvement.

The Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) says it has no plans to round up the 250,000 to 300,000 illegal aliens that it admits are still in the country even though they have already been ordered deported by federal judges - October 22, 2001

INS Releases 35,318 Criminal Aliens
"U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) estimate that 11,605 – or roughly one-third of those released by the INS – went on to commit serious crimes including 1,845 violent crimes."
