bull-donkey. GW will not allow it. He knows that taxation without representation would be asking for another revolution to save our constitution and reaffirm our declaration of independence, this time from the UN.

I think he knows that if he were to do that, people would scream treason and impeachment. It does make one nervous that he has consistantly refused to give his position on it.

I think Bush will probaly go along with some kind of U.N world tax, all in the guise of "fighting terrorism" of course.
