Ten million people a year are going to college, from working families, are going to college because of Bill Clinton.

That's pure liberal Bull $hit.

The Hope Scholarships were passed in 1997. It allows a tax credit of up to $3,000 for the first two years of college. Ten million people times $3,000 is $30 billion. In 2001, the estimate in the budget was for $4.1 billion. If that was the same in 1998, 1999 and 2000, the total would be about $16 billion.

Typical liberal garbage. Double the number and hope that nobody asks a question.

that's the kind of number liberals always throw up there and conservatives never call them on it. Just how many new colleges would have had to open in a few short years to accomodate 10 million who would not otherwise have gone?
