"Nothing is sacred (I'm not religious) and especially not human life. Humans have never - throughout history - treated it as such, whatever they've said to the contrary."

Just going back through your arguments, trying to find a common ground on which we can debate. You're going down, old man. I'm finding my way to your interior defense and it will crumble before the might of right reason, if it will be heard :)

Just let me know if I'm on the right track. And please do clarify that statement I had quoted above.

Allow me to quote you, for the succinctness in your words: "We prosecute one who cannot speak, because it is easier than condemning the choice that brought about that consequence." In this sentence you have cited the essence of the bloody rite so arduously defended by those who would make all life and means relative to their empowerment.

Such a line of reasoning as hereafter quoted belies the roots of totalitarian empowerment ... you have no clear individual rights except that those empowered grant such: "You view abortion through a legal lens. I think we are at war. It is my judgement that masses of ignorant, unwanted, unhealthy, etc. people are a greater threat to our society." Genocide is always defended on these same grounds, that to allow individual rights that are granted by the Creator is to allow over population, disease, and misery ... which of course threatens the cushy existence of the empowered. Pregnancy cannot be allowed to threaten the cushy life or any other selfish life of the woman whom the empowerers dien to have a choice to hire a serial killer to off an inconvenient individual life already begun, albeit sequestered in a womb.

Prior to Roe a physician had the right to end a pregnancy that threatened the life of the woman in whose body the new second individual human life had begun (ectopic pregnancies as an example), but that was not empowering enough for the power crazed femifascists, they wanted the right of absolute life and death decision over that which is conceived, to nullify any patriarchical 'pnumbras'. Once a liberal/anti-Constitutional court agreed in principle with the notion that a woman has the 'right' to kill any individual human life found in her body, the process broadened to include any time during the gestational process, even the times when the individual human being found in the womb could be delivered alive and live independant of the woman's body. That is sick. That is a direct violation of the founding principles of this nation.

Sorry folks, America is no more; the liberal mindset of relativism, of humanism, has taken control. Perhaps some nation that shall be conceived in the future can build upon that which we have failed to protect from relativism, but America will never be able to go back to a more sane existence where individual life and liberty were paramount ... the liberal larrys of this nation will not stand for it and they have contravened the justice system to empower their deepest desires for the mutation of this once great Republic.
