There are none. President Reagan wanted the amnesty and it was a true amnesty no questions asked. Yes the democrats exploited it, big surprise, but Reagan had a larger goal in mind and like Bush, who is NOT proposing an amnesty, knows how to work in the political arena. That is why they won the presidency and the rest just run every four years forever. What amazes me is that so many here cannot see through this charade. This is the kick-off of the perpetual campaigns of the various and sundry 1% wannabes. You have to ask yourself one question, with the exception of the Nader campaign, why is every fringe party arrow pointed directly at the heart of the GOP? With that I will say goodnight.
