I don't but I'd definately love to see him prove me wrong. I do know this though, It'll fly thru the senate and definately end up on his desk where he has said he will sign it. He hasn't said he will sign IT. He said he would sign *A* bill, and used some pretty heavy qualifiers. It doesn't sound like the pending bill is what he means.
