This bill is not confined to just, "Mexicans." It is not confined to any foreign government or geographical region of the globe. It simply confined to those that can show that they have been residents of America and are without proper papers.

I was referring to the socialists, the neo-communists, and the hard core left-wingers, not Mexicans. Legalizing illegals and illegal acts IS delivering us into the hands of those who seek the demise and destruction of the American republic as we know it. Besides, amnesty for illegal aliens (criminals) is but ONE of the many and ongoing betrayals and surrenders to both the Democrat liberals and the enemies of everything conservatives are pledged to protect and defend. I voted for another Reagan and got an FDR.

What deaf, dumb, and blind poison drinkers for Bush and the Republican political establishment always, always, always, always, always forget is that in an attempt to please, appease, and quell Democrats, liberals, and the biased media by offering up OUR values and agenda for sacrifice for potential support they hope they might get from the other side through continual concessions, is utterly and completely dwarfed by the support they will always lose from those who have put them in office and made their political careers possible in the first place!

I will not be a grunt in the army of a political version of the Vietnam War, ESPECIALLY when we conservatives have taken inumerable abuses and neglect from our own "leaders" just to get to the point in which we could FINALLY have a chance to turn this nightmare around only to be told to drop our arms and retreat, surrender political ground, and suffer incredible demoralization AGAIN.

The whole thing that is being missed here is that concessions and offers of compromise are done as a last means of winning support to your side, your viewpoints, and your agenda, NOT a first means of transforming your party into theirs so as to obviate their arguments. If the Republicans simply prevented the success and implementation of liberal items and agendas without proposing new and sweeping changes, that would still be a much better and more preferable outcome than becoming the enemy. That's what George Bush Sr. did and it cost him a re-election.

For the sake of a dedicated, conscientious, and morally resolute LEADER, I would march into the mouths of cannon or the flames of Hell itself. For a politician, I wouldn't slake his dying thirst with the sweat trickling down the crack of my ass.
