I am too busy working.I believe "Find in Forum" will reveal that to be a lie.
To: Buckeroo
That is BS and I supplied proof for anyone literate enough to review it. You, on the other hand, supplied your usual whine without meat.

Obviously you have never learned to read . . .
Thank you. I stopped reading right there since I refuse to engage in childish and rank stupidity.

Our new national anthem will be, "la cucaracha."Did you catch the music Michael Savage closed his show with last night? It was hilarious. He was on a roll last night, he really tore Bush and the Republicrats apart over this insanity.

These guys work hard, play by the rules, pay taxes, own property, VOTE, etc. They just took a slap in the face. Are you speaking of illegal immigrants? The county hospital district here has virtually been bankrupted due thanks to the illegals. When one official wanted to put a halt to 'free' health care for illegals, you should have heard the pc leftists and Hispanics groups cry over it. Not to mention the schools are overburdened, as well as other social services, and drive down the wages for Americans. They are a drain on the whole system. Deport them all.
To: Jewels1091
Don't worry Jewels most of these guys didn't vote for Bush to begin with the bill as stated here is so vague that it has no real impact since most don't have the family ties for it, don't forget this board is filled with people who simply want to blast bush because they hate the two party system or what was done to Pat Buchanan come to think of it Pat agreed with Bush on steel tariffs these people won't vote for Bush in a few years anyway since any involvement by the federal government in anything is considered treason these people cost Bush the senate namely Maria Cantwell and Harry Reid who got elected because libertarians just had to sit home.

What I want to know from everybody defending 245(i)is what about the rule of law? I was so pissed yesterday morning from this amnesty deal, I went to 7Eleven to get a pack of cigarettes and had an encounter with an Arabic immigrant. I pulled up to park and he pulled into the handicapped parking space and dashed into 7Eleven. I followed in behind him and said "you just parked in a handicapped space", and he said arrogantly "I know." Then I said, "that is against the law", and he said again, arrogantly, "I know", and turned and walked away from me. I could not believe it, but I guess this is how recent arrivals to this country view our laws when others are excused for breaking them.

You need to look at the Sanchez campaign for Texas governor, look at his massive Hispanic support ----he's pro-gay, pro-abortion, pro socialized medicine, pro affirmative action, anti-English language. These are definitely not Conservatives.

But Tejano Mexicans are a different breed of cat from the majority. They're called "Nortenos" in Mexico, and they're the kind of people who voted for Vicente Fox, more work- and business-oriented. Sanchez who is well to the left of Hillary (pro-gay rights, pro-abortion, extremely pro-Affirmative Action, pro-Socialized medicine) is a hit with the Tejanos. They even had a choice between a moderate Hispanic and an extreme liberal Hispanic with businesses that laundered money for the Mexican drug cartels and they very heavily went for the liberal.

"No. That is only believed by idiots and fear mongerers...monger on."
Funny. There are many people who preach the new nation of Atzland. And I think that you do belong to La Raz. I think that you are a socialist radical. I think that you are in the middle of that insanity. You only come around here preaching unlimited immigration and rights for immigrants including illegals. Come on, PRND21, no one here believes your nonsense. So just tell us.

...and they very heavily went for the liberal. Sanchez macho'ed up on Morales, called him weak and Morales didn't have a comeback. Pushed him around with the Spanish-language thing, Morales came across whiny and made a big mistake by saying that Hispanics in Texas ought to be learning English and transacting public business in the language of the land -- they rejected that message, Sanchez engaged their pachuco, screw-you pride.
I'm thinking that Sanchez must have been reading the Venezuelan newspapers, whaddayathink? He is starting to sound like he's running for caudillo, not governor. I've been teasing a Democrat friend by referring to his candidate as "Antonio Lopez de Sanchez".

I said the Texas GOP is now coterminous with the Yacht Club Wing of the GOP......and you said,
Nothing like a little class warfare to spice things up. Yeah that is a real conservative tactic.
Go look at the Texas local thread. Look at the results of Tuesday's vote, and GOPcapitalist's summing-up statement. He's a local party activist and knows what's going on: I'm appealing to his authority. Now go look what he says the Wall Street Wing/Rockefeller Wing/Yacht Club Wing of the GOP did on Tuesday.
So, care to back up your sarcasm in light of the facts? Or are you just being sarcastic about conservatives in general? This is a good place to do that. Lots of conservatives around.
But other than that, did you have a point you'd like to share with us?

O.K. So how does someone here illegally "prove" they were here before Dec 2K? How does the gubment/INS disprove/prove they were here before then? How does the gubment know who someones real family is when there is no home-country background check VISA process performed? This is an open door and they are going to just walk right thru.

Probably not. But what will? The Republican Party is becoming indistinguishable from the Democratic Party. Do we keep just voting for the "R's" each time because that's what we've always done, and what our parents have always done? At what point do we stop supporting these people?
Um .....
When we wish to give the organized-criminal enterprizes -- of which William Jefferson Blythe Clinton was but the inevitable product -- FRee reign to take US; Our Beloved FRaternal Republic -- and Western Civilization -- into the toilet?
Until then, perhaps?

Taken directly from 245(i)
If the alien does not submit a Government-issued document that demonstrates his or her physical presence on December 21, 2000, Service officers should accept and evaluate non-Government issued documents. Such documentation must bear the name of the applicant, have been dated at the time it was issued, and bear the seal or signature of the issuing authority (if the documentation is normally signed or sealed), be issued on letterhead stationery, or be otherwise authenticated.
You must see the loopholes here. And they don't even need to have an original document. A photocopy will suffice.
