This shows the utter Constitutional ignorance of this arrogant b-tard. The founders placed power in three BRANCHES of government to permit checks and balances. As I recall, the Constitution does not discuss political PARTIES.

Good point. No reason one party can't control 2 branches, and in a time of war it may be advisable. Don't expect the media to give you that civics lesson. Guess we'll all just pretend that when Clinton/Gore were in office they didn't try to have democrat majorities in Congress.
