Yes -- this should at least give the NSA, CIA, or FBI a mandate to start investigations on all members of the senate (especially Calif. senators). Catch them red-handed...but hoods on their face and bring them in. One less demon in the senate and we're back on track. If anything maybe we're waiting to see if the GOP can take Calif. before bringing them in.

Wouldn't bother me a bit if the FBI bugged all reporters phones, faxes and computers. 99.9% of them are anti-our best interests.
