It's almost as if... as if... the pentegon STILL has that secret office of disinformation running at full speed ahead. Very similar to recon by fire. Firing into the brush at random CAN make the enemy reveal his position.

It is useful to look at the nations who are protesting, and how. It is useful to receive "atta boys" and "how can we help?" from other nations via back channels.

This equals a strategic leak. Looks like one, smells like one, walks like one, talks like one. When there is ANY doubt, there is NO doubt.
