I guess the gazillions the Red Cross collected for 9/11 relief was enough to let them do whatever they wanted for the next few years. Since almost zilch went to the victims.

For some time now, I have been giving my time and money to the Salvation Army. They aren't afraid to give disaster victims and homeless and druggies and alcoholics some Christian hope along with the material things.

The Salvation Army is the greatest. I worked at the VA and always found them to be very generous to our veterans. They would provide clothing to some of the veterans who did not have much, especially when they were being discharged home. Without a doubt they are the real heros when it comes to giving a helping hand.
