As I said in my Post #110, this rumor has been around long enough to achieve urban legend status. In my only contact with a Red Cross coffee line, no GI's were forced to pay.

I'm not trying to start a fight with you (especially in defense of a now discredited organization) but is your statement based on 1st hand experience? Or did anybody you would trust with your life or wife tell you that he personally was forced to pay?

Is there anyone out there who was personally forced to pay the ARC for coffee? I'll accept any 1st hand experience at face value and mend my ways.

Until then, we have enough to put the ARC out of business based on their recent dealings. They used to be good but now they suck.
