It's a crime that every President since Nixon has let Viet Nam go unpunished for our still unaccounted for POW/MIA's.
In fact in Oct 2001 Congress and the President rewarded Viet Nam with free trade status
WITHOUT a full accounting of those Nixon left behind.

What do you mean those "Nixon left behind"? Nixon wasn't even President when the Vietnam War ended when the last troops left in 1975.
