It certainly is beyond my grasp. You must be unbelievably good looking, with everybody just flocking to you asking to have sex, and your never even having to ask. However, I'd say your situation is so unusual as to not be representative of the behavior of gay men and straight women around others who are not so god-like.

I never said *everybody* was flocking to me to have sex. Just the gay men did that. So don't start with the straw man arguments as the last guy did. Gay men sure seem attracted to me. Being that I'm straight I can't say what gay men find attractive.

And don't try to dismiss my experience as being unusual. I've met others that have had the same experience with gay men. As for the girls/women, perhaps they like boys/men who don't try to impress them, are shy, readers, and keep to themselves.

I forgot something here. My never having to ask for what? The context appears to be sex so I'll go with that. What makes you think I wanted sex outside of marriage? You sure like to make assumptions about someone while knowing almost nothing about them.

Here are the facts: While growing up in Santa Cruz, CA., Gay men tried to recruit me into the gay lifestyle many, many times. And they tried to recruit some of my friends. Deal with it.

Somehow we find it difficult to take seriously or sanely anyone who quotes a chicken-rapist on his profile page.

Now this is a bit unfair. Maybe the chicken consented.

Pro-homo propaganda needs to be started at an early age as they say in NAMBLA - Sex before 8 or else it's too late!!!

I'm probably going to get slammed as a NAMBLA-supporter even though I've stated in the past that I find their group and their goals disgusting and abhorrent, but I should point out that "Sex before 8 or else it's too late" is not and never has been NAMBLA's slogan. I've heard it attributed to a pedophile group called the "Rene Guyon Society", though I've never heard confirmation of such. Still, it has never been an official slogan of NAMBLA.

Once again, I despise NAMBLA, but I also insist on fact-checking. If you chime in calling me a NAMBLA defender or supporter simply because I insist on arguing against their actual goals rather than urban legends, then you are a moron.

What did I say? You'd respond with more straw man arguments and you did. Thanks for not letting me down.

Okay, let's examine the word "recruit," since this is at the heart of your argument. Right? And let's be generous and use the definition you found:

Generous? Don't try to come across as if you're giving something up here. People see right through it. And if they don't, my pointing it out will make it all the more obvious.

1 a (1) : to fill up the number of (as an army) with new members : REINFORCE

Did the men who hit on you say anything about trying to fill some quota of membership? Did they say anything about new membership in an army? About reinforcing their numbers? Or did they merely try to persuade you to have sex with them?

You know very well we're not talking about army enlistments. So you're throwing out straw man arguments here in a poor attempt at making your argument appear legitimate. I gave you all the definitions so you couldn't come back and say I didn't list all definitions. And here you are making straw man arguments with every possible angle. You also know from what I've said here that gay men wanted me to try the lifestyle. That means increasing their numbers. Your semantic game is obvious to all. And yes, they want to reinforce their numbers by trying to get fresh meat into their ranks.

(2) : to enlist as a member of an armed service b : to increase or maintain the number of -

Again, did the men who hit on you speak about their desire to enlist you in the armed forces? Or their desire to increase the number of homosexuals? Or did they merely try to persuade you to have sex with them?

Why yes they talked about wanting to increase their numbers by trying to convince me to try the gay lifestyle. The difference between you and I is that you don't see that as an attempt to increase their numbers.

c : to secure the services of : ENGAGE, HIRE

Did they speak to you about hiring you into some kind of activist movement? A paid position? Or did they merely try to persuade you to have sex with them?

Nice straw man. Again, you know very well what I meant by recruit.

Nonsense. Your experiences, if indeed genuine,

I don't care if you want to believe my experiences are genuine or not. It's not like I'm going to lose sleep over some confused gay proponent not believing me. I'm responding for the lurkers.

demonstrate only that some (SOME) men tried to have sex with you. Not all men. And not all gay men.

I never said anything different. So don't try to put words in my mouth and create another straw man argument. Please put an end to your ignorance here and go look up straw man on any search engine.

It does not demonstrate that they were trying to RECRUIT you into anything. They were horny and wanted to have sex with you.

That's how they try to recruit. Your forthcoming denial does nothing to take away from this fact.

And if you were a mere child when this occurred, then they were PEDOPHILES (not gay men) and should have been LOCKED UP or worse.

Like NAMBLA? Who don't want to have sex with young girls, but homosexual sex with young boys. From NAMBLA's home page: "Consensual intergenerational experiences of younger people are often quite positive and beneficial for the participants, regardless of their ages." and " Once sexual experiences have become known to others, secondary harm to youngsters can be induced by the reactions of parents, police, social workers, lawyers and other adults, where no apparent harm results from the sexual contact itself."

It's my experience that homosexuals want to have sex with young boys, and NAMBLA's web page supports my experience. Of course NAMBLA uses a disclaimer that the sex needs to be consensual to be benefical "regardless of their ages". Obviously young boys can weigh the consequences and make rational decisions about sex regardless of their ages. I realize we're not going to agree on much of anything here.

NAMBLA helps the homosexual community by recruiting young boys into the homosexual lifestyle.

But I still don't understand how you make the rational leap from some disgusting, horny old perverts pursuing you as a youngster to making generalizations about how gay men "recruit."

I never said the men who tried to have sex with me were horny old perverts. That's your way of trying to distance yourself from the true behavior of gay men. But some old gay men did try to recruit me. What I did say was that men offered me money and gifts. One offered a car. Another an awesome stereo system the homosexual knew I wanted. Another offered anything I wanted. All I had to do was be his little butty.

Maybe if you took the time to genuinely know some adult gay men and women, ones who do not behave anything remotely like those you have experienced, you would be able to broaden your horizons a little.

And give them the chance to hit on me? To try and recruit me? If a gay man wanted help in leaving the gay lifestyle, perhaps I would be there to help him. Other than that, most intelligent folks would not recommend someone who has been harassed by gays all this life to get to know gay folks who had no intention of leaving the gay lifestyle.

But my fear is that you have a political agenda regarding this issue, and that you work backwards from that - and if that means distorting and generalizing about a whole segment of the human race in order to be able to justify your agenda, you seem willing and ready to do so. Which, imho, is both sad and intellectually bankrupt.

What is really sad is gay proponents as yourself trying to cast doubt on the experiences of men like myself who have been harassed our entire lives by gay men. Just last year another man at work wouldn't take "no, not interested" for an answer and after I contacted the HR department, he paid a high price for his actions. My experiences are so foreign to you, you assume something that is completely off the mark. Gay propenents like yourself really grieve my spirit.
