That was very interesting. As long as he can speak English, and respects our Constitution and our laws of the United States he is just as worthy of being nominated as any other judge. Maybe he can really make an example of Janet Reno down there. It is not as much as him making an example for his own people in Miami, but as an example of a judge sincere about abiding in the Constitution unlike the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals out in San Francisco that want to disgard the pledge of allegiance. I'd be curious to know where this judge stands on this.

Thanks for your post, goldilucky. I'm glad you enjoyed reading about him. If you want to ask him your question about his position on the Pledge, his email address at work is currently posted online,
HERE. If he answers you, I hope you'll post something here on this thread! :)

Thank you. I will email him and ask him that very question.
To: goldilucky
I hope he responds. Although, because it concerns a position on an issue, he may not. Perhaps you could also ask him what short stories and other works of fiction he has written -- it mentions such fact on his bio link I posted for you, but nothing comes up on a google search. Thanks and good luck! :)

early morning bump!
To: goldilucky
Thanks, goldilucky! I think I will post Gov. Bush's statement separately today, so more people can read his comments about his judicial philosophy. I'll ping you to that thread once I get it posted. :)

Ok. Afternoon bump, here.
To: goldilucky
Thanks. I haven't yet posted that statement by Gov. Bush on a separate thread, but I will! :)

Please forgive my indulgence here, as I am pinging my JEB! list to all 25 threads JUST THIS ONE TIME, on this ONE day so close to the end of Campaign 2002.
I did so in the hope you will simply bump your FAVORITE thread!
I read somewhere that positive news about a candidate at the very last minute will sway an undecided voter to vote for that candidate.
Consequently, this is a one-time, last minute, push -- so please do bump a thread.
Who knows, your bump may be the one that an undecided lurker sees! And, every vote does count.
Thanks for your help here! :)
