Hi kylaka, Thank you for your post. I've written about incidents that happened to me, as a teacher, that made me eventually leave the Dem Party. These essays are on my profile page, Parts 1-5 in this series. Thanks for your interest. :) !

That Gov. Bush didn't deck the jerk just goes to show us how much restraint our governor has.
LOL....I thought it quite interesting that Gov. Bush is really the one who got the good headlines out of Alec's visit! And, a mention on Page Six too! Alec does better with a script when it comes to politics. Gov. Bush, on the other hand, seems better at thinking on his feet in the political arena.

weegee, that WAS really funny... yet, it's terrible to make fat jokes, because being overweight is often a sign of depression. And, I think Alec knows his acting career is pretty much over. But, the animation was really great. Thanks again. And, Lumberjack, thanks for posting to weegee! :)

I don't know about you but the teacher at my sons elementry and middle schools that I have contact with are all BUSH BABES.
Teachers in Florida do support both GW and Jeb. You don't hear as much about these teachers, but they're here. And, some are in the union, too.

Re PhilDragoo's post #130 -- Phil, you really make a good point, one which I think all political parties should pay attention to, because to me, as a female voter, it is a huge turn-off to have spokepersons who are male and have been physically violent in any way to their wives or girlfirends. I don't know if Alec's anger ever reached the point of physical violence to his ex-wife, but, IMO, that is a quick way to turn off voters. Very quick.

Alec Baldwin tries to woo female voters,
by impersonating a man in a uniform.

While Alec yaks, Gov. Bush made two terrific new judicial appointments, one, a highly qualified Korean immigrant lawyer who will now serve as a judge, and the other, a highly qualified black male in Broward -- a county which has not had a new black judge in more than 20 years. Two historic appointments, as Alec yaks that Gov. Bush does not know anything about equal opportunity.
