How can it be a HATE CRIME? The victim is a white, and the suspect is black. The only way it can be a hate crime is if the suspect is white and the victim is non-white, non-heterosexual, or non-christian.

I want to see Jesse Jackson picketting and protesting Fort Worth demanding that the family of the hit-and-run victim pay restitution and compensation for the anguish and mental stress to this fine upstanding persecuted pillar of society.

Hate crime not, this is beyond comprehension. Picture this: You're Black, you're on drugs and booze, you hit a white person committing felony hit and run, and now there is a dying man stuck in your windsheild. What's a woman to do?

Sorry, the man was white and as far as anyone knows, he wasn't gay = no hate crime.

Some say, "all men are created equal"

Other say, "all men are not created equal either physically, mentally, or emotionally.....but that all must have equal opportunity in this life in every sense of the word.

Still others say that that the races, on balance, are not equal and will never be equal in either mental or physical terms because generational enviornmment has a certain impact on shaping racial capability.

Unfortunately, our justice system must try to balance all this so that this woman will be tried fairly and that the image of justice (holding the balance)will not be allowed to peek and thus treat her with the same insane anti-American inequities as affirmative action preferencing.
