When you read the charge sheet (above) it implies the accomplice who "removed the body" and "put it where it was discovered" pulled the victim's pants and shorts down to his ankles. Sick dog #2.

I suppose it's possible that pulling down the pants was a half-hearted, dimwitted attempt to persuade the police that the guy died in some sort of sexual encounter gone wrong. Anybody know whether the park where they dumped the body is a homosexual trysting ground?
