I've tried looking into that for the States' list (think FOX NASCAR), but JohnRob "broke" scrolling on FR. Doing this with a graphic would require hosting on a server far more expensive than what I have access to (and I have a 20GB/month bandwidth limit on my personal site).

Its not really scrolling. It's an applet, like a stock ticker. He would just have to install it next to the status bar.
