Latino voters are citizens. Prop 187 was in regards to ILLEGAL ALIENS, not latino voters.

And a majority of Latino voters DID vote yes on 187.

It's nice to see people from outside California telling us about ourselves, and our voting habits. The last conservative to run for office was Hershensohn, and he's been the closest to winning in any election in 10 years.
