It ALL hinges on this: If Republicans stop vote fraud in the form of illegal aliens voting, Republicans win. If not, Gephardt is right. I am not optimistic.

Boy, I hope you are wrong. With a strong economy, and continued high poll numbers by George Bush, Democrats will have a hard time convincing the American public to change horses in mid-stream.

However, rules and fair play never stopped a Democrat from cheating at the ballot box.

I doubt voter fraud will have that much of an effect this year. If the electorate was as divided as 2000, you may be right.
