How about Senator Joe when McCain comes up for reelection again? Could he beat McCain; have there been any polls of the two?

Actually, there were some name recognition type polls which showed Sheriff Arpaio as the most popular elected official in the state. McCain came in second. HOWEVER, Arpaio has shown himself to be an even bigger self-promoter than McCain. Nope, sorry, but I couldn't recommend him for the Senate either.
