Three former workers in a "get-out-the-vote" operation were charged today with completing and turning in fake voter registration cards prior to the March 2001 St. Louis mayoral primary.
Eliza Julion. 29, and Paul Lamont Julion, 26, both of St. Louis, and Michelle Robinson, 32, of Rock Hill, face charges of felony vote fraud, Circuit Attorney Jennifer Joyce announced. The Julions are believed to be sister and brother, authorities said.

Although no political party was mentioned, I think we know who would sink low enough to vote for elderly, Alzheimer-confused, demented patients -- including the comatose.
This letter came out a few months after the 2000 election, and one has to wonder just how widespread this practice was, or is.
I believe it too. But the belief among the Democrats that Gore "won" the popular vote, and yet Bush is President, irritates them to the point of neurosis. I love it.
BLACKS IN GOVERNMENT (BIG), was conceived in 1975 by Black Federal employees of the Department of Health, Education and Welfare, Parklawn Building, Rockville, Maryland. The organization was incorporated as a nonprofit organization under the District of Columbia jurisdiction in 1976.
BIG promotes Voters’ Education and Registration. BIG is an active participant in "Operation Big Vote," a nationwide campaign to educate Blacks and other citizens of their rights and responsibilities in the national, state and local electoral process.
The cornerstone program of the National Coalition is Operation Big Vote, a nationwide nonpartisan, grassroots voter participation program. This program supports intensive voter education, registration and get-out-the-vote (GOTV) activities.
Even the shooed-aside Bill Clinton was allowed to pitch in on this, making trips to predominantly black districts and recording 70 different phone messages that were then piped into the homes of potential black voters.
All of this was supplemented by the NAACP’s get-out-the-vote effort, "Operation Big Vote," which was ostensibly nonpartisan but seen by many as a $9 million soft-money contribution to the Gore campaign. Paid staffers and volunteers scoured the country for black voters, targeting the unregistered in shopping malls, nightclubs, black churches, even southern prisons, where they harvested some 11,000. As the election approached, the NAACP’s army manned telephone banks and knocked on doors; messages urging blacks to get to the polls aired on BET and in Magic Johnson Theaters. All of this was pretty much business as usual-except on a new scale. What wasn’t so conventional were the NAACP’s widely aired "issue ads," which didn’t exactly say, but left little doubt about whom the organization thought blacks should vote for.
Not surprisingly, many St. Louis residents are angry that someone had registered them and knew information such as their Social Security numbers. Some of the people registered by the bogus cards told Election Board workers that someone calling himself "Big Mike" came to their homes and said he was with the Election Board and wanted to register them.
This is not the first time Operation Big Vote has been at the center of a voter registration controversy. In 1994, the director of Operation Big Vote was the subject of a similar investigation into fraudulent voter registration cards found among the 14,000 that the group had collected to aid a statewide campaign to allow riverboat casinos. No one was indicted.

The three people arrested for filling out fictitious voter registration cards are merely poor brainless pawns who worked for operation Big Vote run by a consultant for one of the three Democratic Mayoral candidates. Note that the Democratic DA [Joyce] is not investigating voter fraud in the general election where St Louis voter fraud helped propel Carnahan into the Senate and Holden into the Governorship. They are investigating mayoral vote fraud and keeping it within the Democratic family to create the illusion that they are interested in fair elections.
The three arrested are responsible for only 17 of 3,000 known phony voter registration cards -- but they will never track the trail back to the head man because he will squeel big time about the long tradition of voter fraud in St Louis with names, dates, and places , judges, and congressmen.
Every vote cast by Democratic Congressmen from St Louis should be discounted by 20% to account for the dead people resurrected and dogs let out of their cages to help put them into office.
People like these transgressors are not hardened criminals and will probably squeal like pigs when threatened with a large fine or jail time.
Will be interesting to see who their lawyers are.
The FEDs believe it's a duck only after the duck has hatched a litter and the DNA tests have been favorably compared with the DNA of Daffy who's DNA is on file at the Smithsonian.

Imagine: 33-34 Democratic Senators getting thrown out in each election, 435 GOP members of the House, and President Bush getting every single electoral vote in 2004.
Usually used to get a Ward, Council member or school board official elected. The problem is you multiply this by hundreds of small races the numbers go up quickly. Possible tens of thousands.
The by product is they always vote for the RATS. Those effecting state wide office elections. Such corrupt simple people driving this country down.
