She (Hunt) said that four agents were involved in the shooting -- but refused to identify any of them -- and that the agent who fired on Schultz asked to be placed on administrative leave after the incident.
She also played down the significance of the weapon used in the shooting, an M4 assault rifle.
"You should not get hung up on the word 'rifle,' " Hunt told reporters. "I know that many people think rifles are these huge, horrible guns."
I thought that was interesting. I guess M4's are just like your old Red Ryder, only plastic. A kinder, gentler full auto 5.56mm carbine. Hmmm.
